TRAVEL
Getting to the Hudson Valley - Getting to the Hudson Valley - We can’t wait to welcome you to the Hudson Valley. Whether you’re traveling from nearby or from afar, there are several easy ways to arrive. The options below are suggested routes to Inness and will also work well for reaching the surrounding hotels. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions as you plan your trip.
Driving is the most direct option. Inness is approximately two hours north of New York City, and the drive offers lovely scenery as you head into the countryside. Having a car also makes it easy to explore the surrounding area during your stay.
For a relaxed and scenic journey, take the train from New York City to Poughkeepsie (about 1.5–2 hours). From there, a taxi, rideshare, or rental car will bring you to Inness in approximately 45 minutes.
If you’re flying, the closest airport is Stewart International Airport (SWF), located about 1 hour from Inness by car. Guests may also choose to fly into the New York City airports and continue by car or train for the remainder of the journey.
